Speech Goal
I want my audience to recognize three essential conditions for a dancer to transform into a choreographer.
Thesis Statement
The three essential conditions for a dancer to make a choreographer are the assurance of one's own choreography style, the understanding of coworkers and dance crew members, and the knowledge about performing arts.

I. The assurance of one's own choreography style
A. The priorities for new comers in the field of choreography
1. Developing a personal choreography style based on dancer experiences.
2. Being careful with choice of the choreography music.
B. The importance of having strong characteristics.
1. Creativity does matter.
2. Confidence makes outstanding work.
II. The understanding of choreography coworkers and dance crew members.
A. Knowing everything about dance crew members.
1. Hiring right kind of dancers.
2. Designing the routine according to dancers' skill level.
3. Guiding the rehearsal according to dancers' situation.
B. Having the ability to communicate with choreography coworkers.
1. Being expressive to deliver the creation concept to coworkers.
2. Being open-minded to accept coworkers' ideas.
III. The knowledge about performing arts.
A. Strategies to grab the audience's attention.
1. Creating stunning atmosphere.
2. Using the stage, lights and acoustics as thoroughly as possible.
1. Having introspective thoughts on past experiences of dancing and choreographing.
2. Studying the masterpiece of other choreographers.
3. Finding inspiration in daily life.
